    The Colors on the Blaster Balls have faded but they still work fine !!
    No UPC symbol on pack - Guessing early 1970's - for children over 7 years old - Safe Non Toxic !!
    I tested a opened pair of them and they still work - when they are rubbed together they snap and crackle kind of like those kids
    snappers that you throw on the sidewalk and pop - they are not loud and basically a weird novelty item !!
