Description

This is an antique Chinese hand painting on silk framed under glass. Likely from the 1920's and made in Hong Kong as indicated by the government stamp on the upper tab.  The scene features a
classic
Chinese setting of a village on a shoreline with incoming
ships.
If you look at the picture 10 you'll be able to see the fine silk threads of the fabric that this painting is on.
This fabric portion is approximately 9" tall by 16 1/4" wide (41.5 x 23 cm) not including the stamped tab on the top edge. The frame is 11 3/4" by 21 1/4". Having been hung out of the sun and in storage for many decades, it remains in
very good condition
