Antique Silvertone vintage tube radio restored and working

Description

Up for auction is a 1937 Silvertone antique tube radio model 4470 in medium dark walnut  cabinet with curvy wood grill bars, magic eye and Silvertone signature golden dial in Tenite escutcheon.
This is a 6 tube AM/Police/SW  radio with four rotary controls for on/off/volume, band, tone and tuning.
Radio was recapped, all tubes tested and replaced as needed, controls cleaned and lubricated.
New dial light, external antenna and bright green magic eye were installed.
AM reception is good.
SW is more active late at night and may require an outdoor antenna.
Cabinet was hand rubbed with Finish Restorer.
There are some wood blemishes and scuffs  (see pictures).
All original knobs  are present and operate properly.
Paper sticker is present.
