Historic 1940's wool Scout leader uniform shirt and pants Bakelite buttons AoL

Description

Historic vintage 1940s man's large long sleeve wool olive green official BSA uniform shirt and pants. The buttons on the shirt are original Bakelite Tenderfoot logo embossed, hidden stitching. All buttons are original and attached, including the two sleeve buttons. The two bottom closure buttons are not branded BSA, but they would be covered by the pants when worn. The material is a heavy stiff wool. Considering this uniform is at least 70-odd years old, in very good condition.
The pants are made of the same wool material as the shirt, however they are not branded BSA, and feature a button fly, belt loops, and suspender buttons on the inside. All buttons are present, and appear to be original. The fly buttons on the pants do not match the buttons on the shirt, but are hidden by the front fly closure.
The shirt has little insignia; only the pocket patch MILCOEDOWN 1948 -I-M-R- , 15 year service star, and a OA dangle with arrow right, metal composition unknown. The dangle is sewn onto the shirt.
There are some stitch marks where a patch on the right sleeve was removed, and the city shoulder strip was removed. There are a few minor moth holes on the shirt, one at the shoulder, one on the hem.
