Lifeboat Lantern Masthead No. 1050B, Great Britain, Brass / Copper measuring appx. 14 1/2" tall by 7" wide at base. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  Sold AS IS, this handsome lifeboat lantern includes a copper body fitted with red glass face and solid brass handle and boat mounting fittings at back of lantern.  5.28 lbs. (un-packaged) with internal working lantern (measuring appx. 9 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" wide at base) that fits up and locks into the main lantern body.  This item will be specially packaged in soft foam for safe shipping, although we recommend purchasing loss insurance for value.  This item has not been polished and retains the patina as found. As with all our items, the shipping box will receive a shot of Lysol for your protection.
