Exactly like RENOLIT RHF-1, LQUID8R™ FX-1™ contains Lithium Stearate (Lithium "Soap") in a polyalphaolefin oil base for superb lubrication of metal components, PLUS it contains sub-micronized PTFE as an extreme-pressure lubrication additive. PTFE is the generic name for Teflon and other brands of Polytetrafluoroethylene polymer. Considered to be the "slipperiest substance known to man" (and woman too!), it is so slippery it is the only material a gecko lizard cannot stick to! LQUID8R FX-1™ offers high mechanical and thermal resistance and shares the same excellent proven lubricating properties of the best heavy duty industrial greases but in a light and clean formulation perfect for air pump service.
