This is a fairly rare pennant, being sold as is.  This item was purchased at a local Flea Market in St. Petersburg, Florida along with dozens of other ones from the 1930s and 1940s.
I estimate it to be from around 1941.  Others will be listed periodically.  Approximately 23 inches long.  Note some fraying and staining, see photos.
The descriptions of this item are my best guess, as I am no expert.  All items I sell are used, vintage or antique and may have condition issues.
