Silly Slammers Western Plush #200 Bad Billy. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
Solid piece.  No rips or tears.  Hands may be dirty as hands are darker color then face.  Feels like it has an interior battery component but no way to access it.  If it had the capacity to talk, it no longer does.
Has all the original care tags.
