Vintage Chinese Japanese Print Lithograph Linen Paper Bright Colors

Hello, you are viewing my listing for a Vintage Chinese Or Japanese Print Or Lithograph.  Is this artwork done on Linen Paper or regular paper?  I am unsure.  If you look at the ends of this art in the photographs I have provided, you will see what appears to be fabric or fibers.  I am just unsure.  There are lovely Bright Colors to this artwork.  This framed work measures 28" wide by 22" tall by 3/4" thick.  The art by itself measures 25 and 3/4" wide by 19 and 1/4" tall.  This artwork is secured to a cardboard backing.  It appears that it may be glued however I am uncertain.  There is wording on the cardboard backing that I have shown in the photographs.  It states "1984 Murray Alcosser Published By Art Resources Int Ltd #600".  I have shown a close up photograph of this.  I am unsure if this went with the artwork or someone just secured it to this backing.  The artwork is in good condition with no rips or tears present.  There are some bubbles in the artwork.
