Vintage Tube Radio Mid Century Modern Unknown Maker Rare Unique Shape.
Up for auction is a unique shaped tube radio have not seen anything similar to it at first I thought this was an Italian made tube radio judging on other similar models made between 1947 and 1954 this radio could be a home job or a kit ?
The chassis appears to be an American made and hangs off of the cabinet by 1/2 inch which leads me to believe it might not be original to the cabinet? There is no electrical adapter at the end of the cord so chassis cannot be tested
I am including the original slide rule dial that came with this radio originally it is made of paper I put in a better looking slide rule dial that looks like it goes with the radio
Cabinet is in nice shape with the exception of a small hairline crack under the last Dial knob right hand side and a small crack under the middle dial knob please see photos
I am selling this radio AS IS in nonworking condition please ask any questions will box up very nicely
Radio measurements are 14 inches across 7 3/4 inches in height and 9 inches deep
