Vintage "Bal Dolls Inc"  "Kewpie" look   "Teeny Tiny Toddler" Self Walking Doll with painted red color outfit and shoes.  New Old Stock!!  Very rare in this condition!!  Here's why.....  the ball weight tied to the string is made from a different plastic than the doll.  The ball weight degrades over time from exposure to air and falls apart with no use or abuse.  We have these dolls, brand new in never opened boxes, where there is merely "dust" and "small chunks" in the beautiful new looking box with the shiny "Kewpie" looking doll!!  Over 65 years old!!  Color of ball weight varies.  Size = approximately 5.5" x 6" x 2".
