VTG Navy Brass Compass in Leather case Unmarked Top quality Naval

Description

This compass belonged to my grandfather.  It probably dates to the 1980s or 1990s.  He often purchased items like this that were very expensive, however since this piece is unmarked, I have no way of researching.  I have no use for it, so passing it along to someone else.
Good working order.  Rarely used.
