    (Chinese 1470-1524)
    * An actual painting which I believe is a relatively recent copy or imitation.
    * Difficult to say actually how old but it is definitely not recent.
    * Watercolor on silk fabric.
    * 40 1/2" tall x 14 1/4" wide visible.
    * 44" tall x 17 3/4" wide overall framed.
    * Beautiful mahogany frame.
    * 1 3/4" wide border has several chips and
    repaired tears,
    * All mounted on very thin paper.
    * Vertical writing at top translates to "Imitating
    the general idea of Li Boshi"
    * Vertical writing at top below first group states
    "Made by Jinchang Tang Lin"
    * Upper Seal: Seal of Tang Yin
    * Lower Seal: Lay buddhist of the Six Lakes
    (Pseudonym)
    * Tang Yin also known as Tang Bohn was a Ming
    painter and poet, one of the four great southern
    talents of Ming.
    * Often wrote Jinchang on his paintings, his
    hometown in Shanxi.
    * Sent without glass to prevent any damage possibly caused if the glass should break in shipping.
    * Very good condition.
